Supervision and Training

Lynne is a board approved supervisor for therapists seeking licensure in the State of Oregon. In addition to seeing supervisees individually, Lynne also enjoys being a consultant to private therapists and organizations who are looking for additional guidance, training, and support.

As a clinical supervisor, Lynne sees her role as collaborative with those with whom she works. Although she comes to the supervisory relationship with a personal philosophical base that she uses in her therapy, her goal is to help the supervisee to identify their own philosophy and to develop their own strengths as a therapist.   Together, they will look at variety of theories, interventions, and thoughts in order to determine what is best for the therapist and the client as they work together.  Lynne does push her supervisees to be fully present in the room, attuned to the client, maintain compassion and openness, and to look at where they may get stuck.  She sees her role as parallel to what she asks of her supervisees....to create a safe, compassionate place from which they can grow.

Supervision, training, and consultation may include reviewing video tapes, treatment plans, interventions, and case conceptualizations to further support and guide the services that are already being provided.

To see if Lynne can support you, your organization, or your team, contact her.....she'd love to hear from you.
