Clinical Supervision and Consultation

As a clinical supervisor, my role is to collaborate with a supervisee in the work he/she is providing clients. I serve as a mentor and teacher for those starting practice and am more evaluative and consultative as needed. Although I come to the supervisory relationship with a personal philosophical base that I use in therapy, my goal in supervision be to help a therapist develop his/her own philosophy and enhance his/her own style.  Together, I look at a variety of theories, interventions, and thoughts with the supervisee to determine what is best for the therapist and the client.

Supervision will include reviewing videotapes, treatment plans, interventions, and case conceptualizations to further support and guide the services you are providing. Please contact me at 389.5446 for additional information.
